1.2. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking within 14 days of the scheduled course date.
1.3. In cases of cancellation within 14 days, we will allow you to transfer your deposit to a different course date, subject to availability.
2. Cancellation by Ombre School of Aesthetics
2.1. If we are required to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason, you will be offered:
• A transfer to a new course date, or
• A full refund of any payments made.
2.2. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
3. Non-Attendance
3.1. If you fail to attend a course without prior notification, no refund or course transfer will be provided.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights
4.1. If you purchase a course online, over the phone, or via email, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.
4.2. This cooling-off period applies only if the course start date is more than 14 days from the date of booking.
4.3. If the course begins within 14 days of booking and you agree to this at the time of purchase, the cooling-off period will not apply, and no refund will be available.

5.1. To request a transfer to a different course date, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time.
5.2. Course transfers are subject to availability and must be scheduled within 6 months of the original course date.
